Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@painedexistence.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange eligible items. Follow the return process above and note the item you'd like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@painedexistence.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
